Minsk, Belarus. I used the attribute of circles to represent one of the most central areas of Minsk. In turn i used them as a way to highlight certain aspects of the famous image of Lukashenko with a mouth full of blood.
The circle around the eye is intentional. It is a call to Lukashenko to use what little he has to see the reality of the situation.The word "empty" is written in Belarusian above his head. Hinting that indeed, yes. He has no brain and there is nothing in his head but he has eyes to see the reality which he refuses to understand.
